Following the decision to move their finance operations in-house, DHL’s Business Services Operations grew by 70% in 2018, and is now 4,000 people strong. In this session, hear about just some of the successful elements of this shift, to in-house delivery. Learn how their transformation incorporates people and automation, including building up a Virtual Delivery Centre which successfully compliments their Human Delivery Centre, and after 1 year has 240 virtual employees.
