HROAHROA brings together over 7,500 global HR leaders and providers from across the globe. HROA brings it's diverse membership together to set standards and practices, provide peer networking and maintain a robust curriculum. Providing independent, unbiased expert- and peer-based support to its members HROA focuses on:

  1. Organization of networking and knowledge-sharing events
  2. Independent research, benchmarking activities and commentary
  3. Education and development programs for staff and management
  4. Best practice sharing and establishment of common standards for the profession
  5. Educating public authorities and establishing public affairs activities

Partnering with SSON for the Annual European Shared Services & Outsourcing Week, HROA will bring global executive experience to the established HR Transformation track. As the HR market evolves into more complex captive, outsourced and hybrid models of provision the track will debate and consider the future of the HR transformation model as we know it and benchmark the best and next global practices to reach these common goals. SSON is proud to work in partnership with HROA to make the future vision of HR Shared Services & Outsourcing reality.
